Cavalry battle

The "Cavalry Battle" cannot be identified in the inventory of the painting collection of the Salzburg Archabbey. This battle scene – listed in the old inventory of the Residenz administration as no. 130, acquired in 1740 – has not yet been attributed to any artist. The companion piece was also handed over to the Province of Salzburg in the course of the distribution of assets. It is held by the Residenz administration, and is currently in the depot.
