We recommend that you allow at least 1.5 hours for the DomQuartier tour. Please note that we cannot guarantee access to all parts of the museum during the last 20 minutes before closing time.

Cathedral organ loft closed:
Every day with the exception of Sundays and public holidays, “Music at Noon” takes place in the Cathedral, requiring closure of the organ loft for about 30 minutes. During worship services on Sundays and certain church holidays, the organ loft is also closed. At these times, the tour is redirected through the vestibule of the Cathedral.
Every Wednesday the entrance fee to the DomQuartier Salzburg is only € 5,- and on top of that you get a free drink in our museum café with access to the Dombogenterrasse.
